How much does it cost for one treatment? And also how much for the next treatment? I know India is a country that has become very established and popular in medical field, so i would love to give a try out in India and I come from Malaysia. May I know whether is it safe and will this treatment caused canser or lumps? I am now a full A cup, I do hope I can enlarge them to full B or C if possible.. :)

1. For a single session of fat transfer in the breasts, it will cost around 2000 US Dollars.
2. It is completely safe in experienced hands. Fat transfer does not lead to cancer. Lumps appear after fat transfer, as a result of incorrect technique. However, if they appear, they can be corrected post-operatively, non-surgically.
3. After a single session your cup size can be B. For C you need to undergo a repeat procedure. Fat transfer in breasts can be repeated after a few months.
Dr.Khawaja, has extensive research, publications, inventions regarding fat transfer. Some recent book chapters are in book Autologous Fat Transfer ( Springer-verlag, Berlin, Germany ).

Do I need to use Brava System to enhance the skin of the breast in order to get better result?

1. Yes, US Dollars 2000 include liposuction, and fat transfer to the breasts.
2. Your skin will be stretched after fat transfer, and you do not need to use anything afterwards, over the breasts.

2. We use a new technique of fat transfer "Quick Fat Transfer", pioneered by Dr.Khawaja. It has been published. Long lasting results are better than any other method of fat transfer, according to our experience.

You can see some before after pictures of patients on our face book page. You can also see abstracts of large number of articles on our on-line journal, including Quick Fat Transfer ( Meso-American journal of Cosmetic surgery ( on-line www.msaacs.org ). However, for social and cultural reasons, we cannot post breast pictures on-line. This is my personal email ID. If possible, I really have to see the the results made by Dr. Khawaja's hands. I saw some of the liposuction results in facebook but I wonder how come some of them have uneven skin after the liposuction?? I had make some researches about failure in liposuction which caused the skin around where the liposuction made appeared just like worms(uneven skin). I am not fat but my main purpose is breast augmentation using my own fats. I am a bit worried that I might get that kind of result when my body skin is perfectly fine. thank you.

Dear Lind,
1.Thank you for sending your e-mail ID. We will contact you shortly regarding the BAMBI ( fat transfer in the breasts ) procedure.
2.Unevenness in some of the pictures is due to the fact that the pictures are very recent 2 to 3 days after liposuction, and is perfectly normal. This unevenness is due to post-operative swelling, which fades away in the coming days, and even skin contour is regained. Final results of liposuction are delayed as you know.
3. Liposuction is not extensive in fat transfer, since between 200-300 cc of pure fat is generally required for breast fat transfer.
