Is there an option to silicone ...?

Hi, I am just curious to know why lipo-filling method cannot be used for breast enlargment. Is there any reason why silicone implansts are the only option? Thanks for all your answers.

There are several reasons for silicone implants, let me point out the main ones.: simple surgery, noted for its the result, which is relatively stable, lower costs than lipofilling. However there are these facts, some people may prefer autologous fat grafts.
