Both contain the same product botulinum toxin A, a derived proteitn that works by relaxing injected muscles. The Dysport protein is slighlty smaller so that it works quicker. The differences I have noticed and that are reported in the literatue include a faster onset and a cheaper price.

The difference is in units of Botox has 100 U in a Dysport 500 U.

Since the year 2007 we use Dysport, beside the fact that we found it much safe, simply I could claim that its aesthetic outcome look more natural.

there are no difference in effect,but in the amount of units to be injecected.
