In my opinion the most important factor determining the price is the experience of injector. The more experienced doctor can request more then an unexperienced one.

The other factor is the country where injection is being done. In some countries the drug itself may be expensive (due to company, government ) so the procedure is going to be expensive. In general prices in Europe and America are higher then other countries.

And it depends on the how many units are going to be used. Some patients only want botox for their upper lip wrinkles (here we use a low dosage)but some patients at the same time ask for upper face wrinkles,lip wrinkles, marionette lines, neck bands, bunny lines on their nose. In latter case we really use much more then in the case of lip wrinkles.
