Are there any restrictions or does a special regimen need to be followed after the application of Botox? I do not want the procedure to affect my normal activities.

3 hours after application, you must not lie in bad the next six months, the treated region must not be massaged because it will quickly absorb Botox.

- Do not lie with your head down,exercise, take a hot bath for about 4 hours after the treatment - No antibiotics or anti-inflammatories, sauna, artificial bronzing, facials or massage of the treated aria for about 2 weeks after treatment

Patient should stay upright for the following 4 hours, then avoid sleeping at one side, not to massage the injection area, and to avoid exposing the area to excessive heat or any chemicals or alcohol swabbing for at least 72 hours. And Avoid Anger Facial Expression Movements.

After the treatment you shold not lie down for 2 hours, do not massage the face or do excessive physical effort for 24 - 48 hours. So you can return to work right after the procedure - that's why it is also called "lunch time procedure".

no specific regime,but some cold ice compresses might help if bruising occur.it does not affect your normal life.
