I had botulinum toxin injections in my feet, but it seems that on one foot the sweating has subsided, but the second foot continues to sweat. What is the problem here and how do I go about dealing with it?

Injection on the second foot may be repeated after two months..If you have excussive sweating palms and soles you could be operated by removing a sympathetic branch responsible for the sweating under general anesthesia.

Yea looks like the botox probably didn\'t work or that you might have to get it again.
To be honest I think botox is too risky to go through that.
If one foot stopped sweating, I beleive the dosage on the other one or the application technique varied. The response should be equal in both. Remember that the effect is not permanent, so after a few month you'll notice the recurrence of sweating.
I suggest to repeat the treatment of the foot that continues to sweat.
The cause of this unilateral effect should be explained by your managing physician (who performed the procedure) :). Best regards.
may be you had inadequate dosage or the injection was not applied in the proper plane. you can undergo another dose.
