When you chose to undergo a surgery like breast augmentation, it is very important to have all the facts explained to you, so you can make an informed idea of the entire process, right from when you get in the chosen clinic for the first time until you leave the clinic after the surgery is done.

It is very important to chose a clinic which works with good materials, liable, and that includes, of course, the type of implants. Nowadays, it isn`t recommendable to work with implants that only have a warranty for a short period of time. Brands like Allergan Natrelle and Mentor, give you a lifetime warranty and this gives you a piece of mind. They wouldn`t guarantee for a bad product.

In our clinic we only work with these two brands and we didn`t have any problems with them.

Depends on the manufacture. Even at the same manufacture the implants can have different consistency

The good quality implants are used all over the world and well know
Personally I use Allergan and Eurosilicon since many years

The difference is in the way of production as well as material from which was made and the density and composition of the gel implant.

Poor quality implants wear off after a few years, and can rupture, leading to contracture. Good quality implants last longer, and do not rupture. The incidence of contracture is less with good quality implants.
