Typically the most common presentation tends to be deflated and empty breasts. Consequently many women look to have the breasts enlarged or augmented. This may help a percentage of women; however, if there is a significant sag of the breasts then these patients are candidates for a combined breast lift and breast augmentation.

No significant changes if the implants are not great and if they are placed under the muscle rather than beneath the glands.

There is tissues distension and ptosis wich can compromise the skin/tissues elasicity

There is no evidence showing that breast implants may affect fertility, pregnancy or the patient's ability to breastfeed. In case one nursed babies one year before the surgery she may very well produce milk for a few days following the operation.
