I know that the removal of implants is covered under MSP, so how much would it cost for removal and replacement of implants?

It depends on your country....for instance, in Italy, if you need to change implants, you have to pay just for new implants costs. And you don't have to pay for surgery.
In switzerland, insurances pay just the remuval, the rest of the surgery and new implants are at your charge!
Anyway in private clinics the price for these procedures is more or less the same for augmentation mammaplasties.

No health insurance cover these surgeries.
In Brazil a exception have been given cause government feel itself with responsability to let some kinds enter with out quality control, f.example..rofil(holland) and eurosilicone(french), both of them have no medicine silicon and yes, industrial silicon.
Some conditions are covered by insurance...breast reduction over 400-grams and policystics breast and cancer where mastologists indicate mastectomy and reconstruction with implantas are necessaries.
Doctors have not those insurances make their job privately, plans can give you part or total payment depending on.

It depends on your country, but the common factor is that insurance in any country will pay for any kind of re-constructive breast surgery, for example carcinoma of breast, but not for cosmetic breast augmentation, in healthy adults.

The standart Breast Augmentation is not covered in almost all countries.
The Breast could be reconstructed after breast cancer with silicon implants and the insurance should cover this.
