Hi Ian thinking if having a breast reduction with Mediczech and dr Vera satankova, has anyone used them. She appear to be very experienced and is a certified member of the Czech society of aesthetic surgery.

Large oversized breasts can cause a host of physical and psychological problems. Overly large breasts can result in shoulder, neck and back pain. In addition, they can cause distortion of posture, and in severe cases, make breathing difficult. Large breasts can also dominate a woman's appearance and make her look unbalanced. They can also make participation in exercise difficult or impossible.
Although the main aim of the surgery is to reduce the volume and weight of the breast; cosmetic enhancement to fashion a normal shape remains equally important. The techniques have been modified and refined throughout the years in order to improve the safety as well as the aesthetic results.
Breast reduction is performed under general anesthesia and usually takes about 2.5 -3.5 hours. This procedure can be performed on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.

We have been performing Breast Reduction for decades under local anesthesia. We use either liposuction or surgery for breast reduction. If liposuction is used, there are no stitches, and the procedure takes about 1-2 hours. After 2 more hours, patient goes home from our clinc, to come next day for a check up. If surgery is used, there are stitches, either around the areola or depending on the technique used. Patient goes home 2 hours after the surgery. Results are excellent, and there are no complications in our safe hands. You can get removal of your stitches from abroad, if you cannot stay. You can travel after 2-3 days of surgery.
