A breast lift and augmentation can be performed simultaneously. These procedures are ideal for small breasts that are also sagging.
Keep in mind that you may not need a breast lift, as occasionally the breast augmentation will do both. If a significant augmentation is wanted, the lift and augmentation may have to be staged into two separate procedures.
Please consult a plastic surgeon so that you can determine with your surgeon what is the best surgical option or options to achieve your goals.

Breast lift surgery does not significantly change the size of your breasts or round out the upper part of your breast. If you want your breasts to look fuller, consider breast lift and augmentation surgery. If you want smaller breasts, consider combining breast lift and reduction surgery.

Hello,
These two procedures can be performed together.
It is not always necessary to perform both, though. If your brests are small, but are sugging just a litlle, a bigger implant can solve both problems.
If the problem cannot be solved that simple, it is recomanded to perform both procedures at the same time.

Great question! I wondered the same thing when I considered a breast lift and my surgeon, Dr. Studin, educated me on the procedure beforehand. A hybrid of both a breast lift and implant is performed where the nipple is raised and repositioned while an implant is placed either below or above the muscle to keep the breast’s shape. Hello Jasmyn Smith,augmentation and breast lift can be performed in one procedure.With both procedures in one operation best results can be seen by an implant position below the breast muscle .The lift which is done in the arae in front of the breast muscle is the second step in the same operation.

A breast lift and augmentation (= augmentation-mastopexy)is a delicate operation but can be performed during a same procedure safely when performed by an experienced aesthetic breast surgeon. Some surgeons still prefer to do the augmentation and mastopexy in two seperate operative times. It\'s results are mostly very gratifying, when the patient is well informed about the scars that will result from surgery.

Yes, It´s possible. Breast lift and augmentation can be doing at the same time. The most important fact is the clinical evaluation of the certified plastic surgeon. Is possible that a minimun level of ptosis don´t need mastopexy.

In involutional breast atrophy and ptosis, I prefer both augmentation and mastopexy (breast lift) at the same session. If the volme loss is less than 100 ml, fat grafting of the breasts works better than an implant even though there might be an assimmetry...

Of course these procedures can be done at the same time . I think this should be the measure to take in case of sagging breasts and lack of upper pole of the breast.
I have a big experience in doing this procedure with excellent results with a minimun scar ONLY around the nipple.
I have presented my experience with this technique of periareolar breast lift with submuscular breast augmentation at the Argentina Congress of Plastic Surgery . This technique combines the benefits of minimun scars (avoiding the classic inverted T or anchor scar), and the benefits of the submuscular placing of the breasts implants).
This technique is used in 70% of the patients with this breasts condition. The remaining 30% will have a small T scar.
The cost of this procedure is us$3700 (includes all the cost of the surgery)
I perform this surgery under local anaesthesia and sedation administrated by our anaesthesiologist. This is an ambulatory procedure , so you will be able to leave the clinic almost 3 or 4 hours after the surgery, and continue resting at your hotel.

Yes it can be performed simultaneously. In fact it will help to give back a natural round shape breast; less amount of skin needed to remove and less scars. Usually the implant is placed first then the nipple-areola complex is placed in its proper position.

the lifting of the breasts and increase can be made jointly, is indicated when the breasts are small and fallen, the nipple should be positioned more or less 16-18 inches in the midclavicular line, plus you must consider the consistency of glandular tissue and skin.
if I need to get up very little, between 1 and 3 centimeters and the consistency is good probably need a round block is only a scar around the areola nipple.
if necessary make a lift 3 to 5 centimeters and tissues are weaker will round the nipple areola and a vertical scar.
if the tissues are flabby and importantly no need for a greater lift will scar around the areola nipple, one vertical and one horizontal that will depend on the necessary amount of skin removed.

Breast implants lead to significant lift of the breast. There are various types, and shapes of implants. There are implants that create more fullness, in the upper part of your breasts. Generally with these implants, or the rounded high profile saline filled implants, considerable lift, and rounded shape of the breasts is achieved. Gel filled implants, are somewhat heavy, and lead to some sagging of the breasts, if smaller implants are inserted into larger breasts.
We do not recommend performing both procedures simultaneously. Breast up lift should be performed, and at a later stage, implants inserted.

You can have Saline filled breast implants to achieve symmetry of your breasts, and for breast uplift. For Stretch marks, you can have either IPL ( Intense Pulsed Light ), or resurfacing.

If you have small breasts and if you want to have real bigger ones, sometimes you can achieve a lifting effect by an augmentation-operation alone. As soon as the ptosis of the breast is severe and you don´t want to have big implants, an augmentation and a mastopexy (breast-lifting) can be performed simultaneously.

sagging small breasts can be lifted by augmentation alone,this only can be decided after examination by the plastic surgeon,however lifting and augmentation can be done togather,taking into consideration that you will get more scars on your breast.
