In what cases is it not possible to perform breast lift surgery?

Is there a disease or condition that can prevent someone from having a breast lift? When is it not possible to undergo the procedure?

I do not operate heavy smokers because of the risk of nipple necrosis and wound healing problems.
Other conditions such as deregulated diabetics and other general conditions that are not under control can also be a contraindication.
