i started wearing a bra at 8.
i am 27, and have had one child
i am currently a 38G
i hope to have more children later
i have severe back pain as a result of the weight of my chest, and it is becoming unbearable.
i would like to breastfeed in future, would this be possible after a mastopexy?
i live in Nigeria, but coming to Europe isn't a problem.
i don't know how much it would cost...
it is very important to me for the breasts to look nice and not boxy.

of course you can make a reduction mammoplasty with lifting. This would cost arround 5.300 Euor all inclusive with two days in the hospital. You should be able to breast fead after such operation.

You have back pain...so you have a good indication for surgery to aliviate them( the pain). We operate in some cases women with 15 y.old cause weight and pain is not necessary and adding...it get problem to the column that later it will show you your investiment. You'll need to get a breast reduction with a breast lift. If you just get a breast lift it will be ptotic or pseudo ptotic due to its weight.
