I underwent breast lift which in my view clearly failed. My nipples stand out above the upper edge of the bra and my breasts are asymmetrical. I’m afraid that if I undergo reoperation, there will be more scars. What should I do?

No it would not be more scars and I prefer and suggest to re-operate.
Unsuccessful breast lift In general, if your nipples are extending beyond the upper border of the bra , this is a very difficult problem to correct. You need to ask your surgeon about this, and what they propose to do. If you are not satisfied, you need a second opinion from 1 - 2 other plastic surgeons. asymmetrical breasts are the norm (I\'m sure they were that way before). If they are very asymmetrical then you need to discuss this with your surgeon. should any correction be required, the previous breast lift incisions will be used.
A new corrective surgery, when possible, should follow the previous incisons
A CONSULTATION IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE WHAT CAN BE DONE The scars should not be a problem, but all has to be evaluated

it seems that the nipples are placed too high up. this is difficult to correct and can only be corrected by an additional operation.
the resposibility of your surgeon is to fix your problem
if there is enough time from the first operation....two months at leats, my suggestion is : do the correction of the areola-nipple complex will just take the reposition of the breast implants...
One of the most challenging & difficult corrections in breast surgery is getting down 'high riding' nipples. Could you upload some clear pictures?
kind regards
