What are the most common postoperative complications after a breast lift? - Breast-lift (Mastopexy) - Forums & Discussion 

I had a breast lift and implants done 2 and a half weeks ago. One of my breasts is normal feeling but the other, the skin feels rubbery and hard. This is also the breast that the surgeon told me a few days after surgery that he was worried about the skin dying when he saw me. When he saw me last week he said it liked fine but to keep applying Vaseline to it for the next week. This breast is bluefish black still in color but improving a little bit each day. He said it was just bruising and is going through healing stages. While the other breast is normal skin color now. Is the rubbery feeling of skin normal? Should this breast still have that color? Very worried...

May develop complications such as inadequate aesthetic result, infection, necrosis ....... and they are very rare complications.
