Penile scar

I'm hoping someone can please help me.
My Dr. diagnosed a couple strange bumps on my penis as Sebaceous Papules, no big deal.

During sex, one on the right side of my shaft experienced a friction burn or chafing. It hurt bad like a burn and was bloody afterwards but scabbed up like any burn or cut and healed.
I thought this was just a friction burn.

It healed, but left a pinkish/flesh colored scar. The skin is not really raised or anything and I thought nothing of it. This was March and I've not had sexual contact since, allowing the scar to heal correctly (so I thought).

Now being sexually active again, the scar ripped right open again like a burn and is bloody/scabbed just like before. It's apparent the tiny scar is in a bad place, but am I screwed for life now? Is there anything I can do to make this stop so I can have regular sex once again without this happeneing every time and probably making the scar WORSE?

The reason I'm asking here, I no longer have medical insurance so I cannot visit my Dr. for another opinion...

Hello, no matter if You have or You don´t have insurace, You should definitely go to dermatovenerologist to assess if it´s not the sign of another disease. Good Luck, dr.Pachman ,klinika Riva, brno.

first of all as my other colleague said you have to rule out another kind of disease. Second, maybe you have what we call an unstable scar, the only way to see whats your real preoblem is in a personal appointment. Contact me
