Probably you mean so called „transconjunctival removing of fat pads – bodies under skin of lover eyelid. That could be done in local anesthesia, by outpatient. Price 650 euro but in Brno, contact: 00420-603-246 596. Using of endoscope by eyelid cosmetic surgery doesn’t make sense and is newer done.
