Can dark circles around eyes be solved by eyelid surgery?

I have dark circles under my eyes. I tried many things but nothing helped. Can this problem be solved by plastic surgery?

The "dark circles"can not be solved by blepharoplasty or other plastic surgery procedures. Till now there is no method to solve this problem.

Only if you have excess skin that is removed during the operation of dark skin of the eyelids. Try peels or laser.
