How do I encourage healing after eyelid surgery?

Is there any advice for patients about promoting healing after the surgery, so that it proceeds without complications and the surgery results are the best possible?

Massage scars around eyes following upper & lower bleph.

My surgeon has recommended massaging the scars around my eyes following upper & lower bleph. Can you recommend a cream that will not irritate my eyes?
