Hello, it depends on the technique of the surgeon. I prefer the classic way- others do by laser.
What really maters is to see pics and decide if you will need only upper or both (lower lid surgery) too.

if you mean by depressions,wrinkles,laser would help,but if it is baggy surgery is better.regards.

It would be of much help if you can send pictures to evaluate your case. Your case could improve with fat transfer, or classic lower eye surgery(Blepharoplasty) if your have "bags" under your eye.

Dear,

You can have lower eyelid surgery, or fat transfer. If you send us some pictures, we will be best able to advise you. We do eyelid surgery, or eyelid fat transfer under local anesthesia. The procedure is completed in one hour, and you will be able to go back to your hotel after one more hour. Our results are excellent, with no complications. We have been performing eyelid surgeries for the last 25 years, and we have articles/book chapters on simplified blepharoplasty techniques. The cost is only 500 Euros for lower lid surgery.

All depends. These techniques are not exclusive and each has its own indications, depending on each case. Even, they are often complementary.
