When is it not possible to perform eyelid surgery?

I would like to undergo blepharoplasty but I suffer from high blood pressure and asthma. Are there any diseases or conditions which prevent someone from undergoing eyelid surgery? What are they?

before surgery you can do the analysis and cardiologist decides if you can be operated..............
