Dear Anja,
I would suggest to start with Face-Neck and endo forehead, the upper eyelids can be done some days to weeks later (should not be combined simultaneously because possible eye closure). Fort the body I probably would suggest to get a body lift procedure to get the buttock lifting included. Breast and thighs could be operated finally. The nose job could be included during every step. 2-3 months should be planned inbetween every surgery. Costs: 8000 facelift, 8000 bodylift, 8000 combined breasts and thighs.

Procedure:
Improving sagging facial skin, jowls, and loose neck skin by removing excess fat, tightening muscles, redraping skin. Most often done on men and women over 40.

Length:
Several hours.

Anesthesia:
Local with sedation, or general.

In/Outpatient:
Usually outpatient. Some patients may require short inpatient stay.

Side Effects:
Temporary bruising, swelling, numbness and tenderness of skin; tight feeling, dry skin. For men, permanent need to shave behind ears, where beard-growing skin is repositioned.

Risks:
Injury to the nerves that control facial muscles or feeling (usually temporary but may be permanent). Infection, bleeding. Poor healing; excessive scarring. Asymmetry or change in hairline.

Recovery:
Back to work: 10 to 14 days. More strenuous activity: 2 weeks or more. Bruising: 2 to 3 weeks. Must limit exposure to sun for several months.

Thank you for the inquiry. In our clinic, we suggest an approach that would be as gentle as possible for you and the recovery. As face lift, tummy tuck and breast uplift are all considered demanding, we would suggest three different dates on which we would perform each surgery respectively. As you started your description with face, we can also start with this surgery. Full face lift would include both the facial area and neck area. Also, forehead lift is an option, altthough for a more complete analysis, we need to see the photos of your face. Two to three months after the facelift we would perform breast lift combined with nose operation(we use minimal scarring technique) and as the last procedure, tummy tuck. We don't perform laser luipo, but a classical liposuction technique, which gives excellent results to our patients.
The prices: face lift 3400 EURO + forehead lift 2300 EURO(classical, with incision in hair line. Breast lift 2800 EURO and nose tip from 1700 - 2500 EURO (doepending on the technique used, we would appreciate a photo).
