in italy surgeon fee varies from 6000 to 10000 euros.
for a complete face lift (face and neck) surgery time is approximately 3 hrs. operating room cost is 500-700 euros and hour so the clinic cost is about another 2000 E.
if you combine other procedures like upper and lower blepharoplasty or brow lift price is higher.

HI there in the uk the price range varies considerably but on average it is about £5000 to £8000.

The procedure of the facelift in Germany is set between 4500-6900 Euros. Another approximately 600€ are necessary for Anaesthesia in our clinic. For overnight staying at the hospital the fees are between 250-350 €.

Dear Nahla, the cost of the face lift is 4500 us$. This amount includes all the fees of the surgery (pre op consultations, postop controls, medications, anaesthesia, disposable materials, and all the fees of the surgical team)
After the surgery you will continue resting at the clinic about 5 hours until you are in perfect conditions to go to your home-hotel.

There are many parameters of clinical variables, eg: age, skin type, facial procedures previous, actinic damage, smoking, areas (forehead, face, neck, eyelids and sometimes nose, cheeks, chin and bags of Bichat) .
