What procedure will help?

I am a very petite healthy skinny girl. But over the past 6 years I've noticed I have strange fatty deposits in my cheeks right near the corners of my mouth. This is something I really want to change. I've never seen or heard of anyone getting this fixed so I figured I'd post on here to see if anyone has any advice. Please don't say to just deal with it because as I stated above I want to change it. I hate the way I look from a profile angle. Below is a picture reference:

thank you for email, before we start with advise would like to ask for more pictures not only with details also with normal distance. Also how old are you? Have you had ani treatments on the face?

this can be fixed I am pretty sure, just need to see a face specialist try Dr. Shurgaya, you might have to fly to Moscow Russia or Tbilisi Georgia though, she has over 25 years experience and is a superb surgeon. my mom just had a facelift done with her but she deals with all kinds of facial defects etc.
