I suffer from thinning hair, especially in the corners of the hairline. I would like to undergo a forehead lift, but I’ve heard that it can lead to further hair loss. Is there a surgical method to prevent hair loss?

Only surgical procedure and skill of surgeon can prevent hair lossing.Sometime after surgery it can be done hair transplatation. .Do you heard of non-aggressive method with thread like APTOS lift?
When we used the "coronal" incition to achieve brow lift that was done from the top of one ear to the other one, and too much tension was appled to sutures, some hair loss and widening of the scar were a common complication. Since the suspension is now done through small incitions, and achieved with the help of sutures or other devices, no tension is applied to the scar tissue of the incition allowing to overcome hairloss.
If you suffer from thinning hair, especially in the corners of hairline, you should undergo percutaneous forehead lift, or thread forehead lift ( Techniques pioneered by Dr.H.A.Khawaja ). With these forehead lifts, there is no hair loss, and results are excellent.
