before we start with surgery please you have to visit endocrinologist to see if its glands or only fat! Can help us with choices kind of surgery.
Also to see result after one month is not possible you have to wait 3-4 months sometimes even more max. 1 year after the surgery.

Here is a quite experienced gynecomastia doctor I've used in London, UK. I thought the staff of this clinic was very professional, and I am frankly very satisfied with the results. Hope that helps.

I wasn't sure about the surgery until now. But now i've decided. I need to do it in 3-4 months time maybe.

I've got hard lumps under both my nipples, bigger lump on the right side. These are estrogen related lumps caused by AAS use. The lump on the right side is about 1,5x1,5 cm in size, and and the left side is a little more like a marble and perhaps 1x1 cm.

The first surgery i had in Thailand 2 years ago had my swollen aerolas removed, but the lumps appeared only a few weeks after.

What i want from the surgery:

- Glands removed on both sides, so i never have to worry about surgery again
- Lumps, and any enlarged aerolas removed.
- the extra fat under the nipples, caused by heightened levels of estrogen, removed. They look a little "pointy" right now.
- Surgeon with experience from similar surgeries.


I will contact anyone who gives interesting offers in this thread. Sending pictures, discussing prices, locations and scheduling time for surgery. I will be checking for answers atleast once a day starting monday next week.
