I am looking for a clinic in the Rhineland-Pfalz area with experience in gynecomastic surgery. I am 23 and fit with the exception to my chest. Recently developed a hardened bead (gland?) on one side, and the areola tissue itself is somewhat "puffy". That is only on one side, I dont understand. I have always dealt with the extra fat tissue and mis-shapen form, but I think it is time to take care of it. This is a major confidence killer, any help is appreciated
