Dear,
Hair loss two months after hair transplant surgery is due to "Telogen Effluvium", a phenomena in which transplanted hairs fall off. But new hairs re-grow from the roots of fallen hairs. This phase can be reduced by using Minoxidil spray or lotion 3-5% on the transplanted hairs.
Post hair transplant, we also prescribe some topical and oral preparations, which lead to significant improvement of transplanted hairs, leading to increase in hair density.
