Hair transplantation and hair growth products

I would like to ask whether it is appropriate to use preparations to restore hair growth, for example Renokin, after hair transplant surgery?

Does anyone know the best corrective hair plant surgeon-There use to be a Dr Coleman or was it Cole in the US who would unplug all past plugs and redesign the hair line and all totally new with the same plugs and use very few new ones from the back-the pic showed amazing results.

Anyone can assist on this one?
