I would like to undergo lip enhancement with the longest lasting effect but without the risks. What would be the price? Is it appropriate to augment the lips in the summer?

In this case I recommend hyaluronic acid Restyline Lipp, Juvederm Ultra Smile, Teosyal Kiss. From my experience they have the longest effect in time rageing from 6-12 months. The price is 300/ 250 euro depending on the product. The procedure dosn't have any contraindications during the summer as long as you respect the medical indications after the augmentation (for 2 weeks no sauna, no direct exposure to sun, no antibiotics or anti-inflamation drugs)
For long lasting effect it would be better too use fat grafting. You have edema two or three weeks in any season and it cost 600 euro.
Price depends on what country you are living in, good cross linked HA fillers last around 6 months, if you strictly followed up the given instructions after the procedure (practically its hard to do this commitment) then theoretically your filler might prolonged up to 9 months. Within the cold season the filler is supposed to last longer, but your life style and habits will play a bigger role in this manner than seasons. Best regards.
As a dermatologist I prefer hyaluronic acid injections for the lips. Risks are minimal and effect may last up to 1 year. Longer lasting fillers are associated with higher percentage of risks. Lip augmentation can be done in summer. Actually any time patient wants.
Fillers can be injected any time of year. A longer lasting filler 18-24 months can be injected for approximately $450. The visible signs of facial aging occur over time as a result of sun exposure, heredity and life style. One of the earliest signs of aging is a loss of facial fullness and the development of wrinkles. Softening of these facial lines and the restoration of volume and fullness in the face often can be achieved non-surgically with injectable fillers. If you would like to restore facial contours, or reduce the appearance of lines and creases, injection therapy with soft tissue fillers may be right for you. Injectable fillers can: . Plump thin lips . Enhance shallow contours . Soften facial creases and wrinkles . Improve the appearance of recessed scars What it won’t do: Soft tissue augmentation does not stop the aging process. If you wish to change the elements of your face, surgery such as a facelift, brow lift or eye lift may be the answer. Non-surgical rejuvenation treatments such as injectable fillers cannot achieve the same results, but may help delay the time at which a facelift becomes appropriate. Is it right for me? While not as involved as surgical cosmetic procedures, soft tissue augmentation is a medical procedure. You should do it for yourself, not to fulfill someone else’s desires or to try to fit any sort of ideal image. Tissue fillers are a good option for you if: . You are physically healthy . You don’t smoke . You have a positive outlook and specific, but realistic goals in mind for the improvement of your appearance.
