IPL treatment for acne

I have very severe acne symptoms and I wasn’t satisfied with laser therapy. Can IPL help me? Will it also work on acne scars?

Yes, it will work, but in multiple sessions. It can be also associated with chemical peeling, dermabrasion, etc. Unfortunately, we do not have a 100% successful method to treat scars, so the association of more types of therapies is usually needed.

No, I would recommend you to visit a dermatologist and check if you're a good candidate for isotretinoin (Accutane)
