Photoepilation on light hair

I would like to undergo IPL photoepilation, but I’m blonde. Is IPL an appropriate method for me?

If hair bulb/matrix is still dark, it could still be beneficial, although it works better on dark/brown hair. The efficacy of any IPL hair removal or laser device depends on the pigmentation of the hair, where the pigment (target) absorbs the IPL/laser light to make its selective effect
