local anesthesia with or without sedation is the preferred method for labiaplasty. in some difficult or more complex cases general anesthesia may be required , but unlikely.

it is possible to do it under local anesthesia,and i always do it under local.

Local anesthesia is usually the best method to perform labiaplasty, if the paint is anxious, light sedation may be given.
