swelling post labiaplasty is normal and may be extensive, as the mucosal tissues are quite sensitive to trauma. the majority of the labia minora swelling will subside by the second week after labiaplasty

it will lower during the first 4 weeks period and get to its final look until the 6th month. If you don't give it a proper rest time it will get swollen again. You can use local cold bags.

Swelling one week after labiaplasty is normal. You can use anti-inflammatory enzyme tablets to get rid of the swelling fast. In a few weeks, it should disappear.

It is normal to have this swelling after labiaplasty.You need to do nothing about it as it is likely to come down after 3-4 weeks.

In 2 weeks 50-60% of the swelling will settle down, you may need up to 4 weeks for complete healing.

We must tell about everything are described in articles and books...if you open skin...bleeding, secretions, infections, painful sensations with or without sexual intercurse, diferent sensations, healing changes/alterations as queloids and hypertrophies...they are rare...
Edhema subsides after 2/3 weeks...healing can reduce..3 months to 1 year.
Most and everyone, my patients refer they feel nothing during sexual intercurse...It´s like do nothing...I have nobody to refer side effects about these aspects I referred yet...maybe lucked

In our hands, there are no side effects of labiaplasty. Swelling is normal after labiaplasty, and may take a few weeks 4-6 weeks to subside completely.

Swelling can persist for a few weeks. Final result will be seen at about 3 months postoperative.
