Hi, my legs are hard as a rock and its been a month since my procedure. Do you know if that is normal and what I can do to help with the recovery.

That should get better with time, but it often takes a while, sometimes 2-3 months. There is a lot of inflammation from the surgery and that can cause hardness. Sometimes massage helps to loosen up the tissue so I recommend getting a massage to that area (I don't have any recs on any special kind of massage technique, but you may find one that works for you best).

after any type of liposuction can present hardnes areas or fibrosis, I´ve really seen that with the laser method is less than the appearance

Some kind of drugs that reduce edema for a limited time wil lbe helpful. Plus massage with some kind edema reducer ointment will be helpful.
