I would like to ask how well can the doctor form a shape of the lips by using fat.

I would also like to ask how safe is lipografting under the eyes and if the clinics that do it in general make an extra "refill" after a couple of months after an amount of fat disappears. Even with use of advanced methods of lipografting do you still need to have another procedure done after few months? What are the statistics. how many patient have still 90 - 100% of injected fat after 5 years. If it turns out patient needs more filling is it done for free, is that second procedure included in the price?

Another question - is the dropping of the cheeks due to disappearance or drop of the fat we used to have underneath the eyes and high on the cheeks? If it's mainly due to gravity that we lose the V shape is injecting more fat not going to cause more problems later on when this fat will move to the bottom of our cheeks?

Can someone tell me why in the older age some people get fat bags underneath the eyes and if some fat is added to the hallows underneath the eyes is there a danger that in times it will form fat bags?

Can you use the fat to fill the frown lines on the forehead and once filled does it mean that as long as the fat will remain the lines will not form again as the skin is thicker and will wrinkle less. Does it mean it is a long term alternative to botox?

final question - should you make fat grafting in the top of your cheeks if you have quite a full face and will it help get more triangular though still full shape
