Login failed,(Discussion to topic Lip Enhancement (Augmentation))
I have heard you can have a lipimplant, is there anyone in praugh that does this proceedure?I have one side of my lip droops lower on my left side than my right on top lip only i think its because i have had dentures since my teens cananyone help.Would a gauze implant be successfull or the new platic implant.

Lip augmentation can be done in several ways. Lipo contour can be corrected/enhanced by (1) autogenously materials harvested from the patient's body (fat, dermal-subcutaneous tissue, fascia), (2) synthetic / semi-synthetic materials or by (3) Allogenic materials (bovine collagen treated and processed to be made ready for human body implantation). Your lip contour can be corrected by Synthetic ("plastic") materials. However, this choice can increase the likelihood of hardness of lip tissue. Most of the patients tell that their lips are do not "feel" natural , as soft as natural lips. But these implanted lips maintain their contour forever with some risk of infection.
Materials/tissues harvested form the body are natural, less expensive, and soft as normal lip. However, these do not last forever andin the following 1-5 years these will lose some volume.
The procedure is a outpatient procedure under local and sedation anesthesia and sutures (self-absorbable) will be there in the lip tissue. These will come off after 2 weeks. Droopy segment of the lips can be reduced and "high" (narrow) parts can be filled to balance the contour of the lips.
This is a relatively easy operation however, pros and cons of this operation should be known beforehand and pre-operative photos (front view) are necessary for further evaluation.
PS: I do not have an idea whether there is a doctor who performs lip augmentations in Prague.

Autoaugmentation of lips(Corioimplants):
Corioimplants is a natural part of skin which could be taken from wrinkles from subgluteal part.
After the incision is made, on lateral part of lips the corioimplant is inserted into a pocket either: to the tunnel under the skin and over the muscle
Fixation of implants out of incision from both sides( to be removed after10 days), at the end Closing the incisions(stitches to be removed 10 days after).
One day hospitál stay. Ïn Prgaue minimum 8 days to remove stitches. Genral anesthesia.
