Very narrow lips

I have very thin lips, completely without volume. Which method achieves the greatest volume?

Lip silicone implants combined with filler injections in multiple sessions can lead to great results. Disadvantages - the silicone implant can be felt on palpation and the fillers are loosing volume in time (up to 12 - 14 months).

any volume you may get from any filler , prefer temporary fillers and never permanent ones, besides filler injection you may go for autologus fat injection or dermis graft.

I have very narrow lips. I think this is why my love life is so unsuccessful. Could this be related to compulsive lying and being totally untrustworthy?

Lip augnmentation, either with resorbable hialuronic acid or autologus fat grafting.

first - hyaluronic acid! after, you will see the result and do some of the permanent fillers, for sure.

I recommend hialuronic acid,(the most secure and economic treatment avalilable) in good hands you are going to have beatiful lips.
To avoid the pain , I recommend the anesthesia like the one you have when you go to the dentistry, you are not going to feel any pain.

You can have surgical lips augmentation via Khawajas techniques OR you can have thread lip augmentation / fillers like fat in several sessions, microdroplet silicone etc. to augment your lips.

lip volume may be added with temporary fillers such as hyaluronic acid. a permanent lip augmentation may be carried out by fat injections - lipofilling. both methods can achieve good lip augmentation volumes.
