I am 29 years old, 187 cm high, 114 kg. I have over the years been doing much exercise, but have higher triglyceride levels in the blood than normal, and therefore has been a part in weight. Trying to work out and eat healthy, and score 40 of 42 possible tests of the diet at the hospital. I have had high triglyceride levels in the blood for 7 years now and have gone down from 130 kg to 114 I have now had a stable weight for 2 years, but now I do not lose more weight, and will not be rid of overhang around the stomach and fat around penis. Have a lot of fat and skin in this area as it is impossible to get rid of. Trainers for both endurance and strength several times a week. I also have a mild to asthma. Drugs I use is liptor and Omacor and asthma medicine.
Hope I can get help as soon as possible. I could have got this covered through the state, but then I must have a BMI below 27 and I'm going under because I have a lot of muscles and heavy boned. When I was on top and trained most of all, I weighed 105 kg. So it goes without saying that this is impossible for me to get to. I am really ashamed to see me without clothes, and this is a big problem for me. Hope you can help. I have money for the operation, when I've saved up for a long time and can go as fast as possible.
I do not smoke and is very moderate with alcohol.

i would have loved to come to India and gut my operation there, but i am afraid that can happen. Basically for 2 reasons: The flight tickets there are too expensive and cause I am hoping to do this in an EU country.

Techniques come and they go.
The clinet should be bothered about the result and leave the rest to his or her plastic surgeon.
The best liposuction method is still the conventional liposuction.
There are 100s of ways to remove the fat. As long as it is removed, you should not bother too much about the technique used.

when I read your request and all the answers my suggestion will be :
n your own country are quite a lot of excellent trained plastic surgeons. They can really help you and do a good job and the follow up, which is very important. And in case of complications ( all over the world complications are possible ) they will be close to your home. Even if it is a little more expensive, you might save money for travelling and follow up care.

Have heard that in the east of Europe, especially in EU countries, that they are very good, cheap and extremely strict when it comes to who can call theme self plastic surgeon.Is this truth?

I've read a bit and found out that the vase lipo is very good. But the thing that concerns me is that once the fat is melted away and sucked out,the hanging skin will be left as an apron. Or included cutting away the skin into the vases LiPo pack with them?

Enhancing your appearance with a tummy tuck
A flat and well-toned abdomen is something many of us strive for through exercise and weight control. Sometimes these methods cannot achieve our goals.
Even individuals of otherwise normal body weight and proportion can develop an abdomen that protrudes or is loose and sagging. The most common causes of this include:
• Pregnancy
• Aging
• Significant fluctuations in weight
• Heredity
• Prior surgery
Also known as abdominoplasty, a tummy tuck removes excess fat and skin, and in most cases restores weakened or separated muscles creating an abdominal profile that is smoother and firmer.
What it won’t do:
A tummy tuck is not a substitute for weight loss or an appropriate exercise program.
Although the results of a tummy tuck are technically permanent, the positive outcome can be greatly diminished by significant fluctuations in your weight. For this reason, individuals who are planning substantial weight loss or women who may be considering future pregnancies may be advised to postpone a tummy tuck.

If you are still in a great concern about your appearance and losing weight my 14 year-old experience will allow you to get a good result. I just need your pictures and examination results.
In my clinic you will have to stay for 3-4 days after the surgery and you will have to be looked after 6 more days to come to our clinic for check ups. During these 6 days you could go sightseeing in Kiev (the state of your health will allow you to do this)
