The risk is involved in all the things so it is better to think about the benefits rather than speaking about drawbacks, as for as i know the risk after this liposuction might be for infection or irregularities due to the wavy nature of the skin after the liposuction.

Hardly for me there arent any risk involve during the liposuction procedure.. maintaining it though is hard...
