the best method would be the combination of water-jet lipo and laserlipolysis (for example SmartLipo), which gives you immediate results and also a very good skin tightening effect.
Both procedures are performed only under local anesthesia and can be done in one session.

In our clinic we do not use a Body Jet, we perform the liposuction with Micro Aire equipment (power assisted lipoplasty).
The liposuction done with Micro Aire is usually performed under a general anaesthesia, sometimes local is enough but only if the dimension of the procedure is rather small. If You want to treat more body areas, honestly speaking I doubt if there will be anybody who will perform this kind of operation in local anaesthesia (?) according to our surgeons - making a large liposuction under a local anaesthesia even with Body Jet is quite painful so the question is if it is doable...? If there will be a Doctor who will perform for you this procedure under local anaesthesia, please share with us your experience after the surgery. Wish You all the best!
PS. Concerning the experience you have asked: Our Clininc is on a medical market about 10 years and the surgeons are very experienced, with high qualifications (those are specialist plastic surgeons)
