There are several methods of liposuction, like Tumescent Liposuction, Ultrasonic Liposuction, Laser Liposuction ( Smart Lipo ), Vaser Liposuction, and others. But Tumescent liposuction is the most commonly used, and is safest. We have operated thousands, and thousands of patients, using tumescent liposuction, with no major side effects, ever.

In my country, Turkey. Classical tumescent liposuction is performed.

To say the truth, the liposuction is always the same, the surgeon needs make a subcutaneous infiltration, and use suction devices for fat aspiration.
The real diferences are when the doctor use aditional technologies to treat (usually for dissolve) partially the fat during or before the aspiration. So he/she can asist the liposuction with ultrasound, vibration, air or laser.
Final result have little variations.
