What are the possible complications and risks of liposuction?

I'm about to undergo hip and thigh liposuction but I am afraid of possible complications. What are the most commonly encountered complications and what are the main risks of the procedure?

Fatty embolism, major blood vessel injuries during the intervention, unevenness after surgery due to improper operation.

all precautions are taken before operation. Some minor complications like eccyhmosis, irregularities may be seen. However they are mostly temporary.
