Influence on the function of the penis

Will the surgery have influence on the function of the penis? Will erection have the same quality?

Dear,
There are several techniques of Penile Enhancement. We use the simplest of all techniques for penile length, and width increase. Surgery is performed under local anesthesia, and takes just 1/2 to 1 hour, and you can easily go back home. Though the surgery is for cosmetic reasons, but there is definate improvement in erection, because of the fact that the organ increses in size, and there is improvement in the blood supply of the organ. So there is definate improvement in sex.
