Signs of the surgery

Is it easily recognizable that a man had undergone enlargement of the penis? If it is, how can one know?

Dear,
If you have undergone simplified penile enhancement, it is not recognizable after a few weeks; however, if you undergo a penile prosthesis, it is recognizable. There will be a scar on the penis in this case, and implant can be felt on palpation.
