Login failed,(Discussion to topic Rhinoplasty (Nose job - nose surgery))
Hi. I had rhinoplasty by dr. Polak but he left me with pollybeak nose and hanging columella. 2 months ago he did revision for me and this time I have bump on my bridge, it feels like cartilage just below the bone also I have cyst on my septum.
I am very sad right now. I thinking about another revision but I am so scared of complication. I never asked for small nose I just wanted my nose tto be more defined. any suggestion, please?

as Dr. Barthold is specialized in nose surgery, he has a lot of experience in revisions, too.
As a first step we would suggest to send us your pre and post operation photos.
Much better would be to perform a personal presentation in our clinic.

Do not be in a hurry with the second reoperation!! The Tissue in the nose are not finished with healing. At this time I recomend you to make pressure massages, visit regulary your surgeon. Probably after one year You will see if the nose need new reoperation. Till this time will be the nose ready. If You do not belive to Your surgeon make the objectivity at another board certifiyed plastic surgeon everywhere, where is convinient for You. Ask him for conservative help, not to operate at once. Only his Controll by the Situation of healing Your nose. This doctor must be experienced in this skill. I have been operate noses for 16 years. You have to wait minimaly 6 months before next surgery.
After that period you can send me photos: before first surgery, after first surgery and now(sos.dario@gmail.com). Best regards!
Though I cannot comment on the surgery since I am not aware of the indication for which it was done, I can surely give a considered opinion if a close up (front, side and bottom) view is sent to me dearbhatti@gmail.com

Hello. We do not know the whole situation, so it is quite hard to say (also without seeing pictures). The more operations you have, the biggest risk that the final result will be as expected. We understand you are scared of complication. We advise that you find a surgeon who is experienced in rhinoplasty to deal with this problem.
