Please send your photographs of front side and base of nose. Close ups are what are needed. And I can then advise you what is the best to be done in your case. I shall also get a computer analysis of your face and nose done to determine whether the nose that you have is right for your face or not.

I dont believe that this can go down, silicon is not softand itsnt very adaptive, becaouse of that coudh stay up not fixed near the bone.I like tu use cartilage graft or calvaria bone graft, I dont like silicone as a material in nose.If you want you can send me a picture. Even I have heard about Dr. John Diaz from one of my friend. She had a nose job done and she is really happy with the outcome of the surgery. When I saw this friend of fine, I thought that her nose looked quite natural and shapely after the surgery.
