In what cases is it not possible to perform nose surgery?

Is there a disease or condition that does not allow someone to undergo nose surgery? When is it not possible to perform rhinoplasty?

In case of disease impairing the general health, but also for some breathing problems related to lung diseases.
But also in case of some psychological problems...

Local active infection, bleeding disorder, actively taking medication that dilute the blood are contraindications for surgery.

Maybe the toughest situation to manage within a rhinoplasty is a fat, thick, acneic skin coverage of the nose, which can completely invalidate any result of the surgery.
