Nose job abroad

Wondering if anyone has gotten a nose job abroad? My friend just got back from Japan and they did an excellent job! I don't think the prices were significantly cheaper but the doctor was famous and she wanted to get it done while she was on vacation in Japan.
Any other experiences out there? Just curious. It's so expensive in the US. My nose job is a retouch so it's quite pricy. I got an estimate from a surgeon in Beverly Hills and it would cost me $15K.
I guess cuz it's a retouch. My friend got her nose job redone for 8K in Japan! Just wanted to know if anyone else here has an experience abroad.

hi, this is called medical tourism here in mexico. Is very popular since prices in the united states are a bit higher. Average price in my practice in mexico is about 4-5k.
