nose job

nose job

I had my nose done in britain and 1 year later it is not what I expected. The plastic surgeon said unfortunately the bone set too fa back thus leaving a bump mid nose where the cartridge starts. He said I am the unluckly small percentage where this happens. Is this true?what can I do?
